Frequently asked questions
Do marketing emails use my transactional quota?
No. Marketing is a separate plan priced by contacts, so broadcasts never touch your transactional sending quota. You can mix a free transactional plan with a paid marketing plan, or the other way around.
Can I email a list I bought?
No. Recipients must have opted in, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy. That rule is what keeps everyone’s mail out of the spam folder.
