Frequently asked questions
Who can join?+
Any Sendscape account, including free ones. Open the Affiliate page in your dashboard, accept the terms, and your link is live. There is no application and no approval queue.
What earns me a commission?+
Plan payments made by people who signed up through your link — both transactional and marketing plans — for their first 12 months. Buying credits does not earn commission on its own; the plan those credits later pay for does, so nothing is ever counted twice.
How long does my link stay attached to someone?+
We credit you for a sign-up within 60 days of the click. Once someone is credited to you, they stay yours for the whole earning window — a later link from someone else cannot take them.
When do I get paid?+
Commission clears after 30 days, which covers refunds and chargebacks. Once your cleared balance reaches RM 100.00, request a payout from your dashboard and we transfer it to your bank account or PayPal, then record the reference against your request.
Can I refer myself or my own company?+
No. Self-referrals and sign-ups from the same person or business do not earn commission and may end your participation. Commission is a share of real payments, so referring yourself costs you more than it pays.
What if my referral downgrades or cancels?+
Commission follows real payments. If they pay less, you earn less; if they stop paying, the commission stops. Nothing is clawed back once it has cleared and been paid, except for refunds and chargebacks.
Can I run ads on the Sendscape brand?+
No bidding on Sendscape brand keywords, no coupon or deal sites, and no claiming to be Sendscape. Content, comparisons, tutorials and client recommendations are all welcome. Read the affiliate terms
Do I need to declare this income?+
Yes. Commission is your income and you are responsible for your own tax reporting.
