How do I pay when I upgrade?+
FPX, credit/debit card, or e-wallet via CHIP, billed in MYR. Renewal is monthly with reminder emails - no surprise auto-charges.
Can I use my existing app without code changes?+
Yes. Point your SMTP settings at smtp.sendscape.ai (port 587, STARTTLS) and keep everything else the same.
Can I send newsletters or bulk marketing email?+
Yes - Broadcasts let you send newsletters and campaigns to your contacts, alongside your transactional email. Recipients must have opted in (see our Acceptable Use Policy), and every broadcast carries one-click unsubscribe automatically. Read the Acceptable Use Policy
How is marketing email priced?+
By contacts stored, not emails sent - paid marketing plans include unlimited broadcast sending. It is a separate plan from your transactional one, so you can mix and match (for example free transactional + a paid marketing plan).
How long does setup take?+
Verify your domain with two DNS records, grab an API key, send. Most people are live in about ten minutes.
What happens if I hit my quota?+
Sending pauses until the quota resets - a hard stop, never an overage charge.
